About me

I live in Ferrara and work in all the provinces of Emilia Romagna.
I graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna and have had work experience in the Marketing and Sales sectors and in non-hotel accommodation.
I trained and certified as a home stager at Home Philosophy Academy in Milan, the only reality in Italy that enjoys accreditation by IAHSP - International Association of Home Staging Professionals and IAHSP Europe, the international association founded by the creator of Home Staging, Barb Schwarz.
I am a member of IAHSP Europe, I share its values, techniques and philosophy: Less is more.


Real estate image consultant

I help my clients to enhance the value of their real estate, both for sale and for both traditional and tourist rental.

I also deal with Marketing, Emotional Communication and Real Estate Valorisation. By studying the right target for each property for sale or rent I enhance it and help my clients to achieve faster sales at the right price.

My business targets real estate agents, investors, builders and private individuals.
I differentiate myself from the competition by using innovative marketing strategies for the real estate sector that represent the future of communication and help make my client a market leader.

For me, it is not simply about work. Every time I venture into a new project, I make sure it reflects my personal values of professionalism, reliability and creativity.
Valuing houses is a way of taking care of my customers and when I see them satisfied and happy, that is my greatest gratification.
