My story

I live in Ferrara and work throughout Italy.
I graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna and have had work experience in the Marketing and Sales sectors and in non-hotel accommodation.
I trained and certified as a home stager at Home Philosophy Academy in Milan, the only reality in Italy that enjoys accreditation by IAHSP - International Association of Home Staging Professionals and IAHSP Europe, the international association founded by the creator of Home Staging, Barb Schwarz.
I am a member of IAHSP Europe, I share its values, techniques and philosophy: Less is more.

Real estate image consultant

I help my clients enhance the value of their properties, both those for sale and for both traditional and tourist rentals.

I also do Marketing, Emotional Communication, and Real Estate Enhancement. By studying the right target audience for each property intended for sale or rental I enhance it and help my clients achieve faster sales at the right price.
